Service Description

This 60-minute coaching session is one-on-one with Janessa (me) and is client lead. Meaning; you have access to her expertise, advice, help and guidance for an entire hour and it is dedicated to working with you through whatever you want & need at this moment. Think of this as a Spiritual Therapy, or Soul Care session. These interactive sessions teach you how to trust your inner wisdom to empower you to make aligned choices. It is a sacred opportunity for you to find your power, accomplish goals, speak your truth, and even grow your own spiritual and psychic abilities. Together we will explore, work through and define what you need to do to align fully with your true self, access your own personal power, and begin to obtain the tools needed to successfully work towards your life purpose and find a feeling of harmony and happiness. Although these sessions are led by you, they do follow a signature framework that I use to work through any transformation or breakthrough. I have discovered six key areas that are the pillars of foundation in our soul/self-empowerment, soul/self-identity, and soul/self-confidence. Each session builds off of each pillar of change. I recommend that you strive for a 6 week/session commitment in order to establish and create profound and lasting changes in the areas you're seeking to develop. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended and available in packages if long-term savings and personal growth is a priority for you. *See the 6-session package rate for details. If you prefer the short term approach, and are looking for more of a Spiritual Counselling or Consultation session without any further commitment, you can book yourself in anytime you feel you need this time together as well.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule please let me know ASAP. I am very flexible, but do ask that you respect the intricacies of managing a business schedule alongside family/children/life etc. The more heads up & transparency, the better we can find a rescheduling option that suits each of us.
